Lewis Towing really saved me today.It was a torrential downpour in Louisiana & my Porsche got a flat tire on a Saturday afternoon with everyone closed around me. They came to get me within an hour and was so helpful and sweet and calming.My car needed to be towed about 170 miles to Baton Rouge. I had no way to get there with my friend and my service dog. He managed to find a very sweet couple to drive me and my friend and dog to a hotel in Baton Rouge.These people were not only professional in every way possible but compassionate and warm and really sweet people. They flatbedded my car all the way to Baton Rouge in a driving torrential rainstorm & then called me to tell me all was good to put me at ease.You could never ask for a better company & better service. These folks are prompt, compassionate and extremely reasonable. Our trailer hitch broke and it flipper over in the ditch, theywere there fast, had it back on its wheels and loaded in no time and us safely off of the interstate. He gave us a list of places we could find whatever parts we needed and offered a couple of folks who could repair if we needed them.You just don't run across service like this these days. Was in town for my daughters travel softball tournament at a hotel and locked my keys in my truck and it was a Sunday morning. When I first called they told me the lockout guy was not available today due to being out of town. After trying another lockout service that refused to help me I called them back and explained we were trying to get to my daughters tournament and how important it was. Mr Lewis himself came out and got my keys out. Normally a lock out on a weekend is very expensive. He only charged me $50 dollars and had me my keys out of my truck and in my hand within 45 minutes of me calling. At first I was upset because they are the only pop a lock service that comes up in the area. But when I called back and told them how badly I needed there help the owner of the company came out himself and did it when he didn’t have too. I am very appreciative for there service and care.

My daughter called and spoke to Mr. Lewis, he kindly listened to her situation,. She asked about a possible payment plan. He sent someone immediately no charge.
