    My family and I hit debris on the highway that cut open our oil pan while on the way to Texas from Savannah, Georgia. All the shops in the area refused to even look at our car except for Smiths Garage. He was able to quickly assess the damages and ordered the part to fix it right away. His mom even gave us all a ride to our hotel- including our dog! We couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness showed to us during our visit. If you’re new to town, you won’t find anyone more capable of taking care of you! We won’t ever forget Natchitoches.Service: Part finding & extracting

    Ron and his grandson Ty took good care of me and my car. I broke down on 49, they towed my car (at a very reasonable rate) learned the radiator was shot and then not only helped me find a motel but also took me there. The total bill was super reasonable but their customer service was impeccable. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone.
