I wish I could give them a negative rating. A tow was bad enough but to come and pick up my car and find it damaged is unacceptable! They denied doing the damage and then over charged us... I guess for inconveniencing them by pointing out the damage. The police body cams will prove it was not like that before the tow.DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY RUN A SHADETREE BUSINESS SET THEIR PRICES AS THEY GO AND CANT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR VEHICLE.I JUST DONT SEE HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!

We were on vacation and got stranded in Marianna with 5 kids (an hour from where we were staying). The shop we were recommended could not repair it (alternator) until the next day and there were no rental cars to be had. I called around and John Bryan came and picked us up on his wrecker, took us to his shop, and put us directly on the lift. An hour later we were on our way. We are so thankful that he was willing to take care of us right away.

John Bryan is a man of integrity who runs an honest business. Our family was in a very desperate situation - we were 6 hours from home when our vehicle broke down. They were the only ones willing to look at it same day. We were already limited because it is a diesel. They took our truck in as soon as we arrived, which still amazes me when I think of how busy they always were! My family spent a lot of time there initially because we were unsure of the exact cause of the problem. Everyone was very kind to us. As soon as we realized the repair would be extensive, we decided to rent a car. One of the mechanics offered to drive us to the rental office on his personal time (so thankful because it was 100 degrees). The mechanics were diligent and repaired our truck as quickly as they could. They were very thorough to check over everything and found another small problem, which they were also quick to repair. We anticipated a large bill because of the nature of the work done and were stunned when we saw the total. We’d never bothered to ask what they charged, and they most definitely were very fair! I would recommend this business to anyone, anytime, anywhere. If we didn’t live so far away, we’d be happy for them to handle the maintenance and repairs on all of our vehicles.
