So I did the online rental, I filled it out a week or two in advance for the week after Christmas, at the end it says someone will contact you soon. No one ever contacted me. So I called the number and no one answered so I left a message. No one has bothered to contact me in reference to my online order or my phone call. Now I am searching for another solution or company seeing as stuff has to go and this company obviously doesn't want our business.

We used Junk bus recently for tearing out a bathroom and old carpet for a remodel. I have a driveway that has a hill to it and knew that if I used the trash companies dumpster that it would tear my driveway up or have to be parked all the way blocking my use of the driveway and requiring me to drag stuff much further to toss it in. These guys were speedy, convient, and easy to work with. Very considerate of our particular needs as a customer and would definitely recommend them.
