I brought some scrap copper in they told me they would send a check in the mail after 5 days, now its been weeks no check still and now they say I hav to wait 30 day from the day the supposedly sent the check before they write another even if its lost in the mail...I even offered to drive there so they can cancel the one they issued and I can pick it up in person still no help

I personally have noticed that the extra time you spend at Ellis Recycling is more than worth it. Me i am disabled Due to injuries, at Ellis's the employees and owner wil help you unload and will also tell you to go back over the scale to get the best prices on what you bring in; for the different types of materials that you bring in, like tin, and iron.that way you make thr most. Even though they are tje only recycling facilitie in Slidell there prices are very close if not bettet than the average prices nationally.This is a very good family owned and operated business in slidell.
