AAA took longer than expected for a tire replace. First company didn’t have the capacity to lift our 40ft rig even though I told AAA our size and weight. The next company came and did a great job changing our tire in 20 minutes and we were back on the road after a 2 hr wait.

My wife and daughter hit an obstacle on I-10 just past Slidell at night and I called Dan at ASAP towing and he could not have been more helpful to get someone sent right away and he even called the state trooper to make sure there was safety on the roadside. Vehicle got towed to the closest repair shop and the driver dropped off my wife and daughter to the nearby hotel. Everything was repaired the next day and they were able to continue on their journey. Thank you so much for such great service late at night and for all the extra Assistance!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

I parked my boat too much into the grass and it was slowly sinking and sliding towards the ditch. Needless to say I couldn’t get it out with my truck as I didn’t have room to swing it out. These guys came out within 10 minutes and lifted it out into the street. Saved my butt from further damage. 2nd time I’ve had to use them and both were great experiences!

10/10 my vehicle was completely in operable on the lake Pontchartrain bridge at night. I was alone with no lights. Not the best feeling in the world. The dispatcher stayed on the phone with me until he checked the location of the driver to confirm he was in route and only about 8 minutes away. The driver arrived maybe even faster than that made sure that I made it safely to his truck while he loaded my truck up. They were extremely professional and made me feel safe being a female in that situation.
