If I was able to give them more stars I would!We recently hired Ken's Salvage to for a home demolition project we were managing ourselves. I had several other local companies bid on the job, Ken's Salvage provided competitive, easy to understand and transparent pricing and committed to the kind of flexibility we needed for our job.They were true to their word. Communication was outstanding, they were always easy to get a hold, nice to speak with and even made suggestions and recommendations along the way to make things easier or save cost on our project. It was such a pleasure working with everyone from their dispatch and admin staff to their drivers. Special shout-out to; Jenny, Josh, Jake, Rodney and the entire crew who made sure our project went smoothly and finished on budget and on schedule.I highly recommend the team at Ken's Salvage!

If there was more stars I could give, I would definitely rank them more. Amazing family run business and very well organized, I dealt with Jenny and Josh, it was very transparent and smooth transaction. I called a day before and they dropped off the Bin sharp and 9am next morning and once the bin was filled, as soon as I called them, they scheduled for next day pickup and Ben the driver was on time and picked up the bin and off they went. Really looking forward to working with them in future projects.

Excellent customer service all way round. Jenny was a pleasure to work with. We had a fair bit of rain during the time we arranged for the bin. Called to request a couple extra days and no questions asked, it was ours. The same driver delivered and picked up our bin. Total professional! Friendly and highly skilled at his job! Not a mark was left on the driveway. Great customer service and excellent pricing! Will recommend Ken's to all our friends and family! Wonderful, local family owned and operated business!! It was my first time using Kens. First impressions always makes the difference for me. The bin showed up on time, clean, and the driver was courteous and respectful of property. Called for a “trade” and within a couple of hours with little to no notice, presto! It was on my job site. Definitely use again!

Beat prices for metal around used them for years, lots of unique stuff. Would recommend. Also use the large bin service at the shop, its convenient and the drivers actually know how to drive and load the bins. Jake and Jenny, Josh’s all very good to deal with. Scale is accurate and honest, and they have great knowledge on all things metal related.

I normally go there and had to go to another scrap metal in St Catharines. Completely ripped me off on aluminum pricing. 60 pounds at 15 cents where Ken Salvage would have been 40-50 cents because it was very clean awnings. Staff is incredible and basically go where you are going to make the most money. My go to place for sure, won't take chances again.
