From a referral, today I had the pleasure of having my car serviced at Thorold Auto Solutions.From the moment I walked into the customer service area, everyone I made contact with were super attentive and immediately were interested in welcoming me.Sherri and John where extremely positive and helpful with my service requirements, my vehicle was serviced and ready on time. I would highly recommend Thorold Auto Solutions if you are looking for great service and reliable pricing.

Wasted 2.5h of my time, and gas ..Called day before regarding “alternator”“Yes we have its ready to go and on the shelf” , I came next day ,and no part ,shelf is empty. Not even a sorry for wasted time.This is not the first time that this happened to me at Thorold Auto Parts, I guess bad luck, I am done with this place .To Thorold Stuff :How is possible that you have 5 resistors on shelf/inventory , then you go to pick one and have noneHow is possible that parts are in the system, then magically, they disappear like alternator or p/s pump, not small items.It is very simple sort out your inventory , of even better check you shelf for parts before customers comes .

I had an absolutely awesome experience at Thorold Auto Parts. I needed a door for my Chevy Cruze and between Paul, Sherri, and John - the crew at TAP made sure I was taken care of!They went above and beyond to match my paint colour and even did all the little extras I asked for without question- and all without breaking the bank!Definitely recommend them for parts and service needs!! 😎👍

Went for a used battery today. Great service. Got the battery I wanted for the best price in Niagara. I called about 10 other scrap yards.I also gotta shout out to Liam! My car wouldn't start. He helped me jump it and was super friendly and knowledgeable!!!I will always go here in the future.Thanks Liam!
