Good pretty clean big yard lots of cars. Wear good footwear as sometimes screws or bolts can pierce your shoes. Only downside is that some other yards will get the spare tires off for you and this one will not as they support on 3 rims and the back is always on the spare tire. Admission adds up though with multiple trips. Lots of parking however watch as there have been some tripping hazards/tire pokers in the parking lot.

Only 2 stars as when they put the vehicle on the lot to sell the parts they are careless and damage so many underbody parts that make these parts useless , for example driveshaft on a truck or van they all get dented or bent the way they use the forklifts. The service or the people they are nice and friendly and so far always seeing them smile. I have been searching for a driveshaft now for 6 months are Dodge discontinued the driveshaft making it hard to find one. out of 12 found at the north bay location they were all bent in half by how they handle them

Where else in the world do you have to pay to shop at a business?It is a huge disappoint for me that I had to pay 3 dollars per individual that was with me. No guarantees that the part I needed would be there and no refunds if its not.Then I was charged 20 dollars for a used 30 dollar sensor that I had to remove my self.. 29 in total with the entrance fee.The business model does not make sense. I would only shop here if I had too.Positives is that the yard was tidy and setup well.

Huge Scrapyard, wear protective gear and bring tools as they won't provide any help other than helping us locate the vehicle that we want. Worth the visit.

You guys were awesome! Great to have a u-pull in north bay finally! Customer service was execllent ! Even the guy driving the forklift was kind and helpful. The yard was nice and organized and easy to navigate. Good work guys!

I'm sure this kenny-u pull a great move forward in west nipissing, but wish someone would answer the phone. We can't make a decision without at least speaking to somebody to set a appointment time and part availability. I was on the wed and it says northbay/ birchs rd has the part i need but I can not make an appointment. So I gave it 3 starsUpdate: so they did call me back, and went from a front ram door with a lil dent for $550 at p&g, to paying $95 for a perfect door at Kenny-u- pullHell yes, ill be back and recommend my friends and family 👍👍👍👍👍

Outstanding. This is what north bay has needed for many years. Self serve parts.. very well organized and fair prices as well. Highly recommend
