    Great service, Floyd was very helpful and friendly. Part was in great condition, packaged very well and arrived quickly. Would strongly recommend P & G. Especially after dealing with some other used parts places, this experience was a breath of fresh air

    GREAT SERVICE!Looked for a rare part not thinking they wouldn't have it. Their great customer service representative, Floyd, found the part and it ended up charging me less than it would have brand new or unused. I now order from them exclusively every time I need auto parts. A great local, family owned business that puts customer satisfaction and the community before anything else. Also love that you can message the company via text or on their website20/10 RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

    Great service. Staff were very busy but took the time to speak with me. I explained I was looking for a missing hub cap for my car. He asked if I knew what it looked like and when I produced a picture from my phone camera he invited me to look around upstairs. I could not locate one that matched, but he invited me to check in another time. I found their customer service excellent and I expect their prices would have been very reasonable.

    I bought a dodge Ram Rambox, Rear left door, a rear bumper and a left left rear light. These guys were ready for me. And the part were all as described by Floyd, all and all Im very satisfied, price was great as well. I would strongly recommend.

    Very polite and professional. I have a mitsubishi endeavor. Hard to find parts. They had the part. The man i dealt with was unbelievably polite and knowledge. Put my part on the bus and a very fare price for my part. It showed up the next day and works like a brand new part and clean like new. Wrapped very well that couldnt be damaged too easy.
