Had the pleasure of dealing with Pat. She helped me get the right part I needed and was able to satisfy my needs of having the part delivered to my job as I was not able to go pick it up. Driver was also very polite, the part was reasonably priced and it was in good condition.

Got parts from these guys cheaper than what insurance quoted, for our 2010 infiniti fast, freindly, accurate, knowledgable staff. So much better than dealing with a junk yard Jake, with no interest in really helping you. Their warehouse is unbelievably stocked with everything you could think of. It looks like it's almost a mile long when you're picking up your parts.

I bought a part for my car on eBay that cost $24 with free shipping. The company sent the wrong part of wouldn't fit I contacted them and they told me to print out a label and ship it back. After I printed out the label I realized it would cost $19 to ship the item back the part only weighs 3 lb and it's a piece of plastic seem like a lot to ship an item like that so I went to the post office and they wanted to charge me $30 I then went to UPS which is the company that ships it to me for free and they also wanted to charge me $30! I noticed that the address on the label is very close to where I live.I took the part to this place and waited a long time and the person told me they would not take it because it needs to have a tracking number. I filed a complaint with eBay they told me to contact PayPal but PayPal doesn't seem to understand what the situation is. It makes no sense to pay $19 or $30 to to return an item that only cost $24 that the ship percent for free
