When I talked to them, I told them I was asking $200 for my vehicle. They said that was fair, but since they had to pick it up, it would be $150 to which I agreed. The tow truck shows up and gives me $100, when I had questioned the office on the other $50 they said they would have to take my car (with the title, mind you) to look at it before they could give me the $50. None of this was discussed prior. I just got an offer from someone else for $260 AND they’d pick it up. Take your business elsewhere.

Called on a Thursday because my transmission went out on my 2011 Toyota. They had one, to mine out and put it in. Back in my car by the following Tuesday. They were fast and did an outstanding job. Many thanks!

was told I had to pay cash for the engine over the phone. paid for it. was told it would take 4 days to pull it. it's been 7 going on 8 days and still nothing.
