DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I was hit by a hubcap that flew off one of their company tow trucks. I had the entire ordeal on my dash cam, so there was no denying the incident. I agreed to work out a deal privately and not go through their insurance. They had me take my vehicle to the shop of their choice to assess the damage and ended up agreeing to fix my front bumper. The entire process has been a headache to say the least. the last call I had all of a sudden…stops returning my calls/emails. I had to get my lawyer involved and plan to take them to court. Not a reputable or honest company. Definitely don’t recommend using them!

Les's Auto Towing (salvage yard) Martinsburg West Virginia promptly recovered & secured my apparently totaled vehicle with many personal items, rx, etc., from the accident scene and the next day advised me it was a total loss & advised to remove all personal items and lic plate. The next day, Les's towing<br>promptly hauled it to Al's Body Shop insurance purposes. Also, thanks to the Berkeley County Ambulance Service who attended to me and took me to the Berkeley County Hospital whose staff took care of me there and release me the same night and I was home safe and sound thank you to all I'm alive.<br>Currently waiting for the State Farm Adjusters to do their complete their analysis.<br><br>A big thanks to Eric Gates State Farm for providing wonderful insurance coverage in my critical time of need and a wonderful rental car despite me having missed a payment in the past, they could have chosen not to help me, but they did.<br><br>Forgiveness is key.<br>State Farm<br>You are thee G.O.A.T.<br><br>I lived to tell. <br>Wakinyan HoWaste

Went to place for a used tire. After I was made to search 3 trailers for the tire I needed I drug it up to the office and once we had a better look at it,it was at about a quarter life life and wouldn't even pass inspection. I told them I would still buy it cuzz I had a flat and needed a quick fix. They tried to charge me 75 dollars for it..lol....a new one was only 90 dollars and I left that hole in the ground still driving on a donut.....horible business!!!
