I was in need of some railroad ties to create some steps on my property. I made some cold calls to a few places and came up empty handed. After asking a few locals I was directed to Swift & Mc Cormick. The woman at the front desk was very polite, friendly and helpful. The yard crew that helped us load a full bundle of ties into our trailer were also very friendly, polite and helpful. The pricing was great and now our steps are complete! I will definitely be back again should I have a need for their services.

Been a customer for years, whoever the operator of material handler was on Jan 26 2023 around noon does not need to operate that machine. I parked to get unloaded and he said he can't unload small trailers so I offered to unload mine by hand wasn't much anyway. He shrugged and said no ill get it. His co workers on the ground were helpful and professional. He then dropped the grapple down full speed onto my trailer with enough force to lift my 3/4 ton suburban back wheels off the ground. How it didn't blow my small tires on my single axle trailer. Then drug it out with all the weight of grapple,everyone jumped the look of shock on there faces, I have been unloaded countless times over the years never a issue, everything gets removed without any damage any unnecessary strain on me or my vehicle. Calling on Monday to report it. He shouldn't be operating like that around the public for any reason. 50/50 inexperience or worse being reckless out of anger? Sorry to interrupt your lunch break they sent me back there.
