Wouldn't suggest them to anyone. Called looking for a part and I don't know the exact specs because I'm not a mechanic and the guy on the phones says well find out and call back then hangs up. Rude

Disrespectful and unaccommodating staff. Purchased and had to return a part from keystone. Was quoted 2-3 weeks for a refund. When 3 weeks had past and no cheque arrived I followed up with staff KATHY and was told they had not yet started the process. I was told the cheque would be in by today (4 weeks later) and still has not arrived. When I called to follow up they were unanswered. When I did finally get through by using a different extension to her I mentioned this isn't very good customer service and was told "that's nice I'll take it into consideration". Staff on the phone lines are extremely rude and make for an uncomfortable customer experience.

Terrible customer service!!! They have you waiting for over half an hour to get through to someone. I ordervparts everyday and will not be going back to these guys!!! They hang up on you as well!!!

These people have the worst customer service representatives. They're disrespectful and rude. I was explaining what I needed for the guy on the phone and he immediately hung up without even trying to be helpful.

Wait on hold for upwards of 20 minutes only to get transferred to someone who has no idea why you were transferred, who will proceed to either transfer you or rudely and begrudgingly ask you what you need. Parts come significantly later your given ETA and will almost always be junk (salesperson disclosed no parts are tested while trying to up-sell a warranty). The counter is not properly staffed and when finally helped, staff seem irritated that you dare show up to pick up your part. To top it all off management seems, at best, incompetent and at worst, actively anti-consumer. Save your time and money and go anywhere else.

I give them one star cause they had a low km engine for my truck and I got it fast. The engine has problems and they won't fix it and the warranty company tried one thing and it did not work. So now they said that there is nothing they can do now cause three months is up for my warranty. Even though the first day I got the engine put in it was not right at all and called them the next business day to them. The only thing LKQ said its the chance you take for buying used stuff. So now I got $6,000.00 into this engine because they cover parts but not labour and they can no longer help me! If I spent 1 thousand more I could have gotten a brand new one. I will not buy from them again and suggest you to look at another company that will stand behind the stuff or at least will give money back or at least replace it!

Poor warranty. Pay out at $50 per hour when shop rates are more than double that now a days. Buyer beware. I will not be returning for any other purchases.

Can't rebuild engines. Purchase 5 over last few years with 2 of them being complete failures. 1st one after fighting I got paid out warranty they claim to pay. 2nd engine been asking for my warranty funds for almost a year with no reply.
