Nicely organized. Useful website with pricing and inventory. Part prices are very reasonable. I have been there several times getting various bits and pieces for my A4. Good selection 👍Folks that run the place are great. One time in the summer it was really hot day and they had an employee driving around the yard and giving out water bottles to drink. It was so greatly appreciated 🙂

They should know better than to keep the starters, alternators and etcetera outdoors with the elements. I would rather pay more knowing that everything is dry, clean and labeled indoors with some type of warehouse cataloged system. I also noticed that the hoods are usually open and never closed, dominion auto back in the early 2000s definitely knew their system. This companies future will be short lived and well deserved!If you are searching for these types of electrical devices stay away from these Neanderthals, paying 50$ for a questionable alternator is not worth the time and effort!

Asked a simple question about a vehicle I was interested in and was met with a sarcastic, one line response. Just like the dozens of other negative reviews, do I deserve to be treated rudely for asking a question? Might be a trend worth addressing here guys. Treat people with respect and you’ll be fine.….and before you write that this is an unsubstantiated review from someone who hasn’t visited the facility, I asked the question via email. First impressions matter.

DISSAPOINTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called and asked a team member to check for a used tire size before driving all the way (45 min) and they said they won't check for me. SERIOUSLY? Their aisles are already set up by tire sizes, so would not be much effort to quickly check. It's not like I was asking to check their yard for a 1990 Chevy Blazer condenser! The owner needs to read this review because this current customer service policy is not good for business.

Nicely organized yard, with car brands organized per row, so it's much easier to find a vehicle. Price list posted on the website and easily searchable. Transaction was quick.I was able to find stuff here quicker then at a competitors yard, so definitely will be coming again.

I feel like I need to come on here and give a detailed review about Pic n Save. First and foremost, I have been to this establishment SEVERAL times, and I have never once experienced ANY type of racism(my husband is Black and is always with me) The staff has ALWAYS been polite, fun, understanding and reasonable when it comes to costs. The price list is very detailed on their website, along with what cars they have in the yard. The yard itself, is extremely organized and clean with incredibly helpful yard staff. I am saddened to see that people are judging a business by one person's one minded version of their experience and posting things on the internet that could potentially put the workers in a threatening situation. Not to mention 99% of these people have never likely been to this great establishment themselves. Businesses are suffering enough as it is with Covid. Do yourself a favor, and visit these awesome people and make your own decision. I will continue to support this business and I'm sure they have years and years of loyal customers who will continue to as well. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Counter employee was rude when I asked how much one of the parts cost and started cursing at me. Manager came out and defended her actions even though I was respectful the whole time saying Its a waste of time to give me prices for parts when they didn't even have a price list posted.

All I have seen about this place, the reason I heard of this place, was through the racism they express here, by not allowing a coloured man to purchase and even kicking him out. Makes the place look terrible as lots of evidence and videos are available as proof online. Would have been way easier to just say the price as it was requested.

Pic n save is crumbling... removing any review that is a positive reflection of their business. Funny enough of they had an ounce of common sense as a collective they would know, good customer service would bring good review.
