    This place is awful. First off, it is NOT a pick-n-pull. You tell them what they want, and they can source it locally or from another of their yards. That's not a complaint, just be aware you can't see the parts yourself before they offer them to you. You also have to pay in full before they pull the part, but they do offer you a full refund if you refuse the part, which is nice. More on that later. I asked for a glove box for my Tahoe. The first one that arrived looked like it was in a fire. Rusted, the plastic was completely discolored, basically unusable despite their rating of "A". I refused it. They offered to get me another one, this time from Dallas, so I'd have to wait. I agreed, although they'd already wasted my time and gas so far. It took almost a week, and this next one looked like it had been dragged through a bunch of gravel. It was scratched up horribly on the outside. I was extremely pissed off by this place wasting my time and money at this point. What idiot selected these parts and thought "Oh, he'll love this part. Looks great."?! I demanded a refund. They made me wait 15 minutes before telling me I'd have to wait 5-10 business days for. It didn't take these morons that long to process my payment... After waiting for 3 weeks and nearly forgetting about it, I called them back to ask why the hell my refund hadn't been processed. They gave me the runaround until I was able to leave a message with their "accountant", and finally I received my full refund. What a mess. I will never come back here. I've been to plenty of LKQ pick-n-pull yards over the years, and this one (not a real pick-n-pull anyway) was the WORST experience I've had with this company. Avoid this place, go to an actual yard where you can see the parts you're paying for. EDIT: No, I will not contact you. You had many chances to make it right before my review. Now you can just live with it.

    They are very disorganized. They first tried to sell me the wrong part when I had photos of said part that they gave me before buying, and then when they ordered the correct part they completely forgot who I was and now have to reorder from Oklahoma. TERRIBLE!

    Customer service sucks. First tge guy asked fir what part im looking for so I tell him what it's called. He says I don't know what that is. So I tell him I have a part number can you look it up with that? He says we don't cross reference by part number. So then I tell him it goes the the back of a touch screen but it like the computer part. Says he can't find it. ... so now he says what's the part number????? I was thinking " did i not tell you to begin i have a part number?" So i gave him a part number and he says, no don't have it. I don't understand. EVEN I AS A WOMAN know you can look up anything with a part number! I guess he wants to keep his part.

    Everytime I called some lady would answer and say hold on? Then I would wait on hold for 20 min. Then I would call back and the same thing would happen. "Hold on" another 20min. Very poor customer service. If you need a part be prepared to be on hold 30-40 minutes because the lady that answers doesn't really care.

    Great experience 100%, I never heard of this place. I'm glad I found it on line, I saved $800 on an axle. The office staff was very helpful. Sorry, I didn't get their names. I was very impressed by the manager at the New Braunfuls location when I picked up the axle, he went out of his way to help at the counter and even driving the forklift to load the axle in my truck. I won't go anywhere else.

    Horrible customer service. Delivery driver just dropped off a part at my business, he was rude, sarcastic and did not say thank you. Lkq needs to understand they are not the only provider of used parts. Should also mention the fact that you will sit on hold forever when you call in to check availability. I understand driving can be a tough and challenging job to some, but basic courtesy still rules the day. Going elsewhere next time.

    Used them for parts a few times. Got a bad part from them and the time it took to get it replaced was a hassle... but because they are so nice and easy to work with I am still giving them 5 stars. The office people are very nice and friendly.

    Ordered a part two days ago because they said I couldn’t order and pick up in person. Got there and waited an hour after they said my part had been pulled. First pull was broken and second pull was wrong part all the while each employee pointing fingers at each other. Asked for a refund and again referred me to someone else. Tried going up the chain of command but conveniently the “boss” was out of town. This place sucks.

    I’ve used them multiple times for parts and it’s always been fine. However this time i ordered a part & payed for it. it was supposed to be available for pickup 4 days ago but i never got a call letting me know it was ready. so i just stopped in to see if it was ready yet. the lady in the front was incredibly rude and sarcastic with me and the people on the phone. she told me the part was never ordered. will never come back here again.

    Upon arrival to pick up part purchased online, the first tail lamp given to me was cracked but the young man was great at getting it replaced for an undamaged one in 20 minutes! Quick and respectful. Although personnel answering phones could be more professional.

    I looked online for the part I needed. Website says there is one in the New Braunfels location. I called to see how I go about getting the parts. Guy on the phone looks up the part I need and tells me not in stock at any location.

    Huge lot and they have about everything. Just remember they don't pre check their parts but do stand by them. My radiator looked good, but on a pressure test had 2 pin holes. They were easy to work with on that. I'll go back again.

    Talked to a guy this morning about the motor warranty I had bought on a long block engine he found my invoice on the computer he said ya you have three year warranty I said no when I bought it they told me five year he said oh ya I see that now we only do three years we don’t do five any more but you do have five years he told me he was going to connect me to some to make my claim talked to a lady I told her what was wrong with the engine now her where it starts to go wrong she try’s to tell me the warranty is only go for three years I told her no that guy already found it in the computer where it said it is five year she said no let me talk to my supervisor never heard from here called back over and over couldn’t get a live person so I called back four hours later before they close finally got a hold of a live person told her what was going on she contacted me to the person that sold the engine to me back in 2019 she told me it’s only 3 years warranty I told her no you and the guy I talked to this morning told me he found that I have five years on it why would he tell me that if I new this was going to happen I would have payed the extra 1,000 dollars and bought it from jasper engines at the time they had 5 years unlimited mileage just don’t understand why people don’t honor their warranty that they tell you so beware on your warranty when buying something from the sales person you’re dealing with check with the company policy because sales person is probably on commission so they will tell you what you want to hear

    Purchased an engine, outstanding and a nice price. staff is 50/50. First person I spoke to was great, made sure I was getting what I wanted and explained all the warranties, the second person couldn't care, just throughout prices. had to ask a dozen questions to get the right answer.

    It is my job to deal with parts vendors, and I have never been treated so badly. Two separate times I have ordered parts from this location. On both occasions, the parts were promised to me next day. Both times the parts did not come in until 4 days later. The last time, I was told the part came in. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it anywhere and actually said "what do you want me to do about it." I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service was unapologetically terrible, more than once.

    I'm not sure how they are in person, but on the phone they're extremely rude. I called about having a part transferred to my local LKQ and the lady snapped "I cant help you. We cant do that. You need to call the one in Florida. I cant' help you" Then she just tried to hang up on me. I had to yell, "Wait" just to stop her from hanging up. I asked if they can transfer within their network and she just told me to call my place, cause I CANT HELP YOU! Okay, so i called mine and waited on the phone for 15 mins and then the guy didn't want to transfer it over cause he has a high mileage part in his yard. so he told me the freight was 3x more expensive than the cost of other yards. I think to just get me to settle with his high mileage one because he growled and moaned when i asked if he could transfer the part for me.

    Decently nice staff- Sepriana was kind and competent . Unfortunately got the wrong part sent twice from two different states and wasted two weeks waiting. Something is going on- don’t waste your time.

    My experience was beyond great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I went there looking for a side mirror for my old Altima and didn't wanted to spent tons of money since my car is old. A friend recommended this place and I went there with no expectations. It turns out I ended up finding a similar intact side mirror. Jay who works there walked me through the entire place since I was pretty new to the process and was a little lost. Since I had no tools he also helped me get the parts out of the old cars and installed it on my Altima. I highly recommend this place.

    I’ve gone here and picked up some parts for 2012 Tahoe console, Seats ,hubassembly, we’re very helpful in helping me out with how much warranty I had and quality of products parts definitely front desk customer service is bombarded with a lot of phone calls so there is in between communication definitely doing great multitasking overall happy with doing business here.
