Drove ten hours to pickup a frame, frame ended up being bent, I let them know any they didn't offer any solution to make it right.

Huge lot and they have about everything. Just remember they don't pre check their parts but do stand by them. My radiator looked good, but on a pressure test had 2 pin holes. They were easy to work with on that. I'll go back again.

I’ve used them multiple times for parts and it’s always been fine. However this time i ordered a part & payed for it. it was supposed to be available for pickup 4 days ago but i never got a call letting me know it was ready. so i just stopped in to see if it was ready yet. the lady in the front was incredibly rude and sarcastic with me and the people on the phone. she told me the part was never ordered. will never come back here again.

It's nice that people have had positive experiences with lkq, lucky ones.First, they need more telephone support at the Cen. Texas, New Braunfels, location.The Lady working the phone is excellent. The only bright spot for lkq. Delivery, phone wait, extra trips, incorrect part and almost everything else is a Horror Experience.. Good luck dealing with lkq.

Purchased an engine, outstanding and a nice price. staff is 50/50. First person I spoke to was great, made sure I was getting what I wanted and explained all the warranties, the second person couldn't care, just throughout prices. had to ask a dozen questions to get the right answer.

If management dose not hire someone else for north side instead of having one person working north parts they don’t need 4 people working south side parts if management doesn’t do anything about it is going to get reported to the president and ceo of LKQ and hr will hear about this and nothing is going to stop me from doing it it has gone long enough for one person working north parts before the end of the north gets slammed with parts hope something gets done about this.

Upon arrival to pick up part purchased online, the first tail lamp given to me was cracked but the young man was great at getting it replaced for an undamaged one in 20 minutes! Quick and respectful.Although personnel answering phones could be more professional.

Very Organized its axspare parts set up. Its so much easier than picking through the cars yourself. Especially for me a woman who zero about car parts!!!
