You call them and it goes to a machine. Tells you to press a number to be transferred to someone. You press the number and nothing happens. You go in to get your supplies and the people taking your order have no experience with the products and cannot suggest things for you. Half the time they can't even create an invoice for you without taking 20 minutes. Very unskilled, poorly trained people. I ordered a couple things and asked for it to be delivered. They said they would send it same day and it never came. Next day? Still nothing. I'm done using this company.

We purchased 2 transmissions, spent money to install them, they turned out to be even worse than the original ones on the vehicles. Supposedly there is “6 months” warranty. You would think it would be easy for them just to swap the transmissions. But no, i guess they are using some third party warranty company so they did everything possible not to send us another transmission and take these ones back. They asked for multiple documentation and we sent them all, they rejected both of our claims and refused to send us another transmission.<br>They don’t even want to listen to you, warranty company guy hung up on me once, I had to call back again…will never order from them again!
