Marshall's is awesome. We were looking for a plug in for a car and of course they had one...So helpful, organized and friendly.

I agree with the other honest reviews. The place stinks. Customer service is horrible: They have rude and condescending staff. And it's truly puzzling why they don't return phone calls. It's like you almost have to be persistent to do business with them. I spoke to a buddy the other day about them and he shared similar experiences.Bazaar!I notice in the reviews they keep saying they will improve. Really, when, what year? Or maybe it depends on who you deal with there, how well things will go for you. So, of the whole lot, who's the one to deal with?.

Drove down to Marshall's from Calgary for a "new" hood for my Sequoia. Great customer service and the hood was exactly as described for quality, if not even better once it was polished up. It was definitely well worth the drive and wouldn't hesitate to find parts through them again.

All ways have what I need or they find it good prices good people but to many cats lol

Good day.I'm a a first time purchaser of Marshall's & I read mixed review's before I delt with them.First off I'd like to address the staff. Tyrell was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & great to deal with. The cleaning personnel are doing an excellent job around there as well.The item's I purchased were in ideal condition & ready to go when I arrived. Thanks Tyrell & team for that.Secondly there were posted comments about the air quality (ie. a fragrance to the place). There may have been a "hint" of odor in the air but the cleaning personnel were working diligently to keep the environment clean. It was more then I would expect & in my opinion they're doing the best they can in these times.I will keep these guy's in mind for future purchases.Thanks again & take care.Kiefer

Great staff. They actually know what they are doing, and talking about. Even in xutij builds where you might need a part from a different vehicle from a different year. Definitely happy with them.

I went into Marshall's and a kind and wonderful fellow John assisted me. I was in need of a window crank for my 97 Honda. He picked out a couple random cranks, came to my car, found one that fit, and put it on for me. Best customer service and friendly!

I like coming to Marshall’s and the people are very knowledgeable and helpful. They only thing I find is that you can call at 10 am and it will be 2 pm and parts are still not off the vehicle and have to wait. Besides that it’s great. I still give it a 5 stars

Great selection of affordable used parts which they will get for you. Too many cats and litter box smell for me. I just send my son in to get what I need lol.
