TNT towing has also being a respectable and professional company to work with. On my last "encounter" with them, they took wonderful care of my Honda Accord. Dale was great to work with and I greatly appreciated the help that he extended to me and my family. His kindness and generousity helped me and my family through a rough situation. We appreciate the work that TNT towing has done for us from boosting my vehicles to what lead me back to TNT this past time around. Than you guys for the wonderful work that you do, we appreciate it!

Not the friendliest customer service I’ve experienced. At the desk was great, over the phone was fairly rude and unhelpful. While it may be law, I was told that I would be unable to drive my vehicle off their lot, even while it was fully insured, I had proof of purchase and ownership, and the plate was fully registered to my name (but expired). I could not renew the registration without an inspection, and was forced to tow the car to the mechanic (who then did not care if I removed the vehicle without registration). I don’t believe TNT is law enforcement of any kind and I should have been able to remove my vehicle as I wished without incurring additional fees and costs.

Walked out of work this morning, came out to a completely flat tire, switched to my spare - got down the street and that was flat too. Called AMA for a tow, Garrett came, took a look at my tire, pulled a large nail out and patched my tire. Then took a look at and refilled my spare as well as took a look at the rest. Was extremely professional and friendly! Went way above and beyond! TNT is lucky to have such a wonderful employee that is as dedicated and goes above and beyond. Very friendly, kind, professional and capable service from Johnson. When we ran into a challenge, he used his excellent problem solving skills to figure out a solution. Single mom doing last min shopping and battery dies and I call not knowing what it would cost or what too do. The guy who came I didn't ask his name but he was amazing friendly and his happy attitude helped calm this mom down. You see I live west and I'd snuck away too get last min gifts and I'd left my son to bbsit so as a mom being stuck worrying about kids and now a vehicle and how too get home they saved a panicking mother. They were good. Due to our error, we had to cancel and recall them again. They were understanding. The dispatch didn't take direction or notes very well. Even though we gave direction and specific details of location of vehicle, the driver still had troubles finding the vehicle

Your driver Ron recently went above and beyond to help me get to my vehicle at MicroDent. TNT gets a gold star for his professional friendly service with a smile. He even gave up his own break time. You don't see work ethic like that much these days. Kudos.

My truck broke down in the USA and I needed to get it back to Calgary. I called TNT and Don called me back. He explained that he might not be able to come and get me for a few days. He also offered to see if any of his Flat deck friends might be able to help me out. He followed up with me a couple times. The next day he called and said he would be able to come and get me. He wasn't sure if he could get me all the way to Calgary till the next morning. He picked me and the truck up and things went well and he took me all the way.
