Horrible customer service, bought transmissions from them which later on find out their not working and when called them, they wouldn’t take them back. Very rude and unprofessional

My wipers stopped working on Friday and needed the motor and linkage ASAP as there was a snow storm ahead. I called these guys on Saturday after calling a couple others in the same area and their price was a lot more cheaper than the others but I was given a pick up date for Monday. I called another shop and was quoted a bit pricier but again for Monday so I called Mega city back. I talked to Mir both times and since I called back he sensed the urgency and desperation in which I needed the part. He told me that he can have someone bring the part from their yard in Georgina to Scarborough by 2pm and he was sincerely sympathetic to my situation. I was surprised and amazed at the service they were able to provide me on such short notice, not only did they provide me with the part I needed cheaper than their competitors but also with the fastest pick up time. 2 pm the part was delivered by another great representative Zabi who was able to provide me updates while on the road. I installed the part and every thing runs great. I appreciate the customer service and quick response at a time I needed it most. This was my first time calling them and they won me over. I will definitely call on them first. Trust the team Mir and Zabi. Thanks a mill guys.

Yesterday, I dealt with Michelle when looking for my used tail light for my Cobolt. She was very helpful.and gave me really decent price compared to the other companies I called. She was paitent and helpful as I called back multiple times to confirm the delivery of the product to the Scarborough location. She called the driver for me to double check. I was so please to arrive and have no issues finding my product and the invoice she made for me from a completely different location. I am a female so in this industry i find I could get the run around or jacked prices. I was just so happy I was able to fix my tail light in a price effective and timely manner. Thanks again

I have been buying my parts from here for many years and I had no problem and no issues with my purchases. They have great customer service and reasonable prices. Mir is the one who always helps me out!

I had a terrible experience with them. They reneged on what they told me on the phone. Accused me of lying. I had a part to return but since it was outside of their 5 day return policy, I decided to called in advance to see if I could return it. I talked to "Ace" he said "Sure, no problem." But when I got there, he denied even talking to me. It was bizarre. I called in advance to avoid this. I didn't need this confrontation. 48km drive one way. But all I got was "Sorry we can't help you" Then they gave me the line, "It's your fault, it's more than 5 days. We can't do anything." In the end they charged me a $86 restocking fee. Crooks.Beware!

I dont usually write reviews but i just had to in this occasion because i have been frequenting this shop every time I need something done to my car and I couldn't be any more satisfied with this place. Customer service is provided at the highest quality, the staff is friendly and outgoing and they make sure that you are taken care of well! Prices are very good and affordable, they don't try to rip you off. Every time I have gone in, Zabi has always taken care of me and my experiences have always been very positive. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone out there who needs to change or modify anything on their cars/parts. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased a used engine they posted online They claimed had under 170k. The engine was cooked. An internal gear bottom distributor was well work. Not uncommon problem but never witnessed under 300k.So I worked out a deal on a transmission. Paid another 500 instead of 1200. I installed their tranny and it worked for approx 50km.These guys always seem to have the best price and low km. Stay away. Wish I never heard of them. Crooks

Despite having confirmed appointment times, locations, and days - they somehow lost the engine I was going to go to and test/buy. Unbelievably inept, disorganized and lacking in any kind of responsibility (across all levels from call center, warehouse and management) regarding a part they still have advertised on car-part. Stock TJ36790? We can’t find it. Sorry about the 4+ hours and 250km you just wasted
