I needed to get some parts for my 2014 Acura RDX after the dealer quoted me an exorbitant amount. Standard provided me with an OEM part(in great condition!) for far less than the dealer. Even though it's a used part, there are still warranty options to make sure you get your money's worth. Actually a place where everyone who retires their vehicle there helps another person out in terms of parts and what not. Everybody helps everyone out. On a further note and to put the icing on the cake it comes down to customer service. I called in and a good person by the name of Gail helped me out. Absolutely the greatest customer service ever! She's friendly and professional on the phone and answers all the the questions you have in an efficient way. They bought my vehicle at a reasonable price that was satisfying to me. I had recently phoned to inquire and later purchased a part for my sons car which was in need of serious repair. I have never dealt with an auto wrecker nor have I purchased used parts before. Marco, what an amazing experience he was to deal with as a sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous all while being able to calm my nerves regarding the repairs to come. Marco was a gentleman to add and saved me hundreds compared to what the dealer would have charged my son to fix his car. I will surely not have any doubt if my family is needing a part again. My husband and I were getting rid of one of our vehicles so we were sent to Standard Auto by our brother-in-law. We had a phenomenal experience. Gail handled the sale and organized everything! She was very professional and so sweet to talk to! In this world it is rare to find good customer service with people who seem to legitimately like their job. Gail was happy to assist with all of our needs and any questions were answered promptly. Blair was our driver that picked up the van and completed the sale. He did an amazing job! They made sure they called ahead of time to make sure I would be around and have at least 20 minutes notice so I wasn’t caught off guard (I thoroughly appreciate this feature as I have a newborn at home) and could prepare. Gail was very professional and reassuring over the phone as I had a lot of stress dealing with the tow sharks that tried to keep my car in their lot after my accident and charge me more every night, and she even called me back the next day to try again! Towing to the scrapyard was free, and the paperwork and payment was all done at the towing lot next to my car so I did not have to follow them to the scrapyard.Blair was the tow driver that took my car and was very friendly.
