Service from employees themselves was pleasant. The part that threw me off and changed my feelings about this company was seeing their rates their rates were incredibly high especially if you got charged by the mile.

If all tow guys looked and worked like the one I had today I,de break down more often, lol. Very nice and professional. Had to get towed from cabins on lake. Wasn't such a bad ending to our little vacation lol

employee Robin is just embarrassing and unprofessional. I hope this company really cares and put the right people in place. She lied to me about not receiving a call from geico and wasn't willing to help out. I don’t know how serious this company is but if they are they need to do something about Robin asap.

Our Chevy Traverse wouldn't start this morning out at Lake Eufala. We had to wait a bit for our rescue but we completely understood. Wish we had gotten the guy's name but we forgot to ask. He was gentle with our angry car, putting it on the truck and taking it off once we made it home to Del City (about 115 miles away)! He was very helpful. We hope we never have to see y'all again but others should know how your representative went above and beyond for us 👍(Edit: he was right. The battery was dead dead dead. Got a new battery 👍)

Called AAA for a tow and they dispatched John with Morgan Towing and Recovery. They estimated 60+ minutes but John was there in 20! He was professional, polite and efficient. After towing my truck 50 miles home he dropped it EXACTLY where I requested with no issue even though it was a tight fit. I will ABSOLUTELY refer John and this company to everyone I know from this point forward!10/10 service!Services: Car towing, Long distance hauling

Do not recommend. They were dispatched by GM. Had to get my car towed to a shop and upon being towed I saw that the driver pulled up really close to the wheel lift and left a small dent but did not think much of it at the time as it looked like a reflection. When I picked up car from shop I inspected it and sure enough what I saw was not just a reflection, there is clearly a dent from the center bolt of the wheel lift. Opened a case for review with gm which then referred me to their insurance. According to the review there was no “visible damage shown” so now my car has a small flaw because of their wheel lift. In the drivers photo you can see on the wheel lift the bolt that caused the dent. I am not happy knowing that the dent is there.

Jaden showed up very fast to tow my van. Felt like he went above and beyond what is expected. I would use Morgan towing again.

I was in a wreck. Police called the for a tow. I requested my truck be towed to I care body works. They took my truck to the inpound yard without my permission. Then charged me 4 days for storage . These guys are crooks and I would not recommend them. Very dishonest people !said it was a mix up . Lol Service: Special vehicle towing
