It was late and snowing I needed a bolt the two guys working the counter helped me out nice guys would have been 5 star's but I ask like 3 times if it was the same size bolt thread as the one I was matching it to I was told yes but it wasn't

My 18 year old daughter was traveling and needed a new car battery. I have always trusted NAPA and sent her to the Roanoke VA store in hopes they could assist her in the purchase and replacement. They sold her a new battery but we're unwilling to help her replace it. My fingers are crossed she makes it back to Michigan so I can change it.

Always knowledgeable, always very helpful, with reasonable prices. They are the place I go to when I need parts and other auto supplies.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Almost always have the parts I need on hand. Their house parts are much better than the other parts stores offer, especially for older vehicles.

Was passing through VA on my way to FL from RI, when my oil pressure sensor went out on my truck in the middle of the night. Called with the part number as soon they opened, they confirmed the price and availability, with 1 on hand. Had it in and out of the truck within a few minutes and was back on the road. Counter salesmen were great to deal with. The store was by far the nicest NAPA that I have been to, the inventory on hand and the organization/ cleanliness of the product display was impressive (coming from the auto industry).

Although they didn't have what I needed, they were very helpful, the store looks exceptionally clean and very well organized. A nice group of fellows.
