Customer reviews of Pick-n-Save Roanoke in Roanoke, VA

I Went To Pick N Save Roanoke Yesterday looking for a Working Radio for my 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I Found a Radio in a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, I Pulled it Out and Took it Home, It Doesn't Work, Only The Clock Works, It FIT Fine .I Also Found an Armrest That I Thought Would Fit, But It Did Not Fit. I'm On Social Security Income Only and I Asked For My Money Back, I Paid Cash. I Was Told I Can ONLY Get Store Credit. How Does This Help Or Be Fair When They No Not Have What I Need? No Matter What I Said, NO Refunds. $45.64 Wasted! Plus The $3.00 Entry Fee! Not a Lot Of Money, But For Me, It Is a Big Burden On Me! They Advertise 100% Customer Satisfaction, But Don't Care About People Like Me. I Will Gladly Change This Review If They Refund My $45.64 , I Have My Receipt and The Parts

Exceptionally poorest customer service ever! Came up to the check out counter the guy working charged us 25% extra for coming back a little before 5 o’clock. No one told us nothing about coming back from the yard earlier. Also I had my own 4 pig tails in my tool bag from a different yard when I walked in. No one checked the bags prior of entry to yard then at the end he wanted to charge me $6 per pig tail for my own parts like wtf! I couldn’t pay for my own parts so I had a I leave them. Got charged $300 for 3 parts that could have bought cheaper online. I’m Absolutely disgusted, furious and disappointed!! Never in my life have I had such a horrible experience at a car parts yard before.

Pick N Save has gone to shit, When it was Old Dominion if you called someone would answer the phone, this is how they made Money. If you live in Roanoke you call now you get transferred to Lynchburg. Good Business. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THEY DON'T CALL YOU BACK IF YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE.
