Don't waste your time folks, plenty of other reviews mention phone issues and them not calling back and ultimately wasting your time. Joke of a business. Called in to get some info, patiently waited. Someone answered and asked to place me on hold. I acknowledged. Waited a few mins then heard a new sound and then ringing. They transferred me to an entirely different region(Richmond)office. Spoke to that gentleman and he said he would transfer me back to old dominion. Waited while it rang and rang and then got an answering system that wasn't setup properly.
