    I had a very odd lug stud to replace that stripped from a wheel spacer I had. After getting the runaround from unnamed local "Parts Store Experts" I was sent here. [I know I know should've came here first] Laura helped me and found the stud no problem in a matter of minutes. I appreciate people who don't give up and do everything they can. Thanks Laura and your knowledge! From now on, I'll be coming here not OReally or AutoAlone ever again.

    I'm staying at the KOA, headed north in my RV. Due to weather, my trip north was held up by freezing Temps and snow in Salt Lake. I needed RV antifreeze to winterize my rig. The KOA sent me to Napa. Yesterday I was shown awesome customer service and again today when I returned for more antifreeze and needing an extension hose made. Both gentlemen, names unknown, should get an ataboy for the consideration I was shown. Great place! Thanks!

    The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The service was good. If you need specific information about how to do a particular job they will make sure you have everything you need. The employees are great at suggesting things that you might need but haven't thought about. If they don't know how they will find out for you.
