Worst location in The entire state. Called over 6 times and no one picks up the phone. Drive down there and none of them have common sense about anything. Very pitiful. If there’s another parts store, I would advise make the drive to another town.

Purchased a alternator 5 years ago with life time warranty, had to change it out at least 4 times since. Finally got tired of changing them and ordered a motorcraft, was told two weeks, ok fine. Well after waiting two weeks, I started calling every day and was told trucks were running late. After the 5th day past 2 weeks I called and they told me the order got cancelled! Did not give me reason why. Returned old one for cash refund, will no longer be a customer.
