Good service, quality parts, and good prices. Sometime a little short staffed at the counter, but always courteous and helpful.

I visited this outlet on 7/25/21 and ordered a pair of front brake calipers at a competitive price..Not in stock, to arrive on Monday 7/26/21..The staff were very helpful in finding correct parts for my car and getting the order placed.

Went in on a Sunday before Labor Day, only had one if two parts I needed. Guy said that a truck would be there Labor Day, guess what, it wasn't. Seeme really disorganized and the help there after like they didn't want to be there. Good Luck if you go there.

No more than two employees seem to have any knowledge about vehicles as far as being able to help me what so ever, as well as simply not being able to look up correct parts for my vehicle. In other words, they've been for the most part no more help to me compared to me figuring everything out with a computer.

This store for some reason never has everything that you need either they'll have the brake shoes but no hardware or they'll have the hardware but no brake shoes somebody needs to learn how to do ordering I don't think there's not one person in there that's a mechanic if they were they be working in a shop not in a O'Reilly's.The manager need to get on if his butt and figure out what is wrong with his store because he costs other people a lot of money.

Usually knowledgeable staff working, if it's one of the older staff and not the teenagers. Reasonable prices. Good amount of product and product options. They don't make customers feel stupid for not knowing something about a vehicle, which is nice. They have products that are good quality and last, like their ice scrapers. The store is always kind of dirty inside as well as outside, though.

Everyone I meet as far as staff are extremely friendly and polite. Willing to look up any parts you need or even run a check on your vehicle to diagnose the problem. Plenty of parking space and the entrance has a slanted sidewalk so it can be handicap accessible. There also willing to order a part if it's not in the store at the time you go in and want it.
