I was trying to sell my car to them an scheduled a pickup for the earliest business day between 8:30-9:00 am.Did this through cash for cars.Anyway the day they were scheduled to pick it up an it snowed pretty bad here in Columbus, but around 2:00pm the roads weren't that bad, an theyre only 20 min away from me, tried calling numerous times noone picked up an you cant leave a voice message.Noone texted or called me about any delays either...so i ended up calling another place, on top of that i got lucky because i needed my car gone this day or it would've been impounded, so on their part this is very unprofessional an negligent on their part, some folks sell their cars because of emergencies an i get it was snow but for them to not give me ANY details on the delay is extremely irritating, do better.

Finally I found a place I am confident and comfortable taking my hard earned scrap to. They even suggested ways I could maximize my profit. I had a huge Chinese Wok Stove. It had steel in the middle the middle. But enough stainless and a few copper prices worth taking home and seperating. I thought the difference in pricing between stainless steel is .05 cents. Reason being is that have had other places cheat me. They could have easily said nothing. Everyone is nice and they don't rush and are happy to answer questions. Just good ole country folks right...

Was given a good price. When i called thursday i was told pickup would be for sure friday morning. When i called back with my title number they changed it to first thing Monday morning. Now it says they are open Saturday but no one is answering their phone! Finally got an answer and they wont pick it up until Monday. People have bills to pay! My rent was due Friday and since they cant stick to their schedule that they told me....i have to find a place to live....NICE!

Their website stated they were re-opening on May 1st, when I went on May 11th, two men out front told me they didn't open back up until June. I had 700 pounds of steel in my truck. I had to wait until the next day and find another location further away. I sent an email to the listed email address on the web page, and it doesn't exist as an email address. There was no way of contacting them to tell them to update their website and contact information.

Very shady owner. I called about copper pricingbefore I drove there when I got there they weighed my copper and tried to give less than half of what they quoted. When I confronted him he stated they do not buy copper.

Owner is rude and shady and employees will break your vehicle and claim it was broken before you showed up

Took a truck in today, pulled up had it weighed and went to park by the crusher for removal and to my luck I lost the wheel on my trailer (bearings failed) went up front and talked to them and they sent a guy out to bring me tools and help fix it, weren’t mad at all, very friendly I’ve been going here for awhile now and this today reminded me on why I do, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

All the staff was very polite and they always help unload our truck great bunch of people

I feel so ripped off i had clean copper took me quite a while too strip from wires and stuff and clean aluminum i feel cheated and i bealive there scale is off for cans i really needed that money i truly feel i got ripped off i will be going anyware else but there. Sorry too be truthful but i am mad

Owner is rude and has no respect for other. It was my first time there.
