Red Deer Princess Auto,,, Lots of Stuff! Very Little Signage on the Isles, hard to Find anything! Milled around for awhile and gave up!!Then 15 minutes trying to get out of the Tight Small parking lot!!The old Location was Way Better!!!This new location is a Deterrent!!!Yehhh and I was looking forward to finally getting to a Princess Auto!!But never again in Red Deer!!!

Have shopped for automotive supplies at Princess Auto, going back to their old location. The new facility is awesome, lots of selections for auto, shop, and tools. You can even have a coffee while you shop. I mostly purchase car parts accessories such as zip ties, inline fuses, tap-a-fuse, ring terminals, heat shrink, etc. Alsways at a good low price.

This place & Peavey Mart are my favorite places to shop. I really do like their surplus section, it's a surprise every time! Something new, something you wouldn't expect.

The lady that worked the floor thought I was casing the joint snapping pictures of the aisles, like if your worried about theft, I dont know why, everything here is so cheap, stealing wouldnt even be worth the effort lol.The selection in this store is so random, its hard to say what youll find here, so I thought I would take some pictures to help people looking online. The staff went above and beyond to hook me up with 4 tires for my trailer and I got the hot deals price that was set to start next week. I can't thank them enough. Tires are sharp.

This is a superspreader store; no masks on customers and nobody who works there cares if you wear one or not. Stay away if you don’t want to catch COVID! I, for one, will not be back. I’ve called the store repeatedly about the issue but no change. AHS should be contacted due to their blatant disregard for customer safety. In the past I had always enjoyed the store but it’s places like this that continue to put our society into lock-down due to their inability to enforce AHS guidelines and provincial/federal mandates. For all you COVID deniers, this is the store for you. Shop ‘til you drop…literally!

Wanted to buy H7 led headlights, so I asked 3 different employees for it, but everybody shows their hands, go there, you will find it and finally I have to asked to 4th person, can you please show me where is it. I'm not able to find it, so he took me there and they don't have any left. They keep around 20 empty boxes behind the counter for display but not even 1 was available. Never going back.

Wow this place has changed drastically in the last few months, it's am absolutely disaster of a store now not even worth visiting, I'm glad my leads are choosing other outlets now. You lost good business.

I have always had great service at PA Red Deer, sometimes get frustrated when I cant find something but always ask for & get help. Yesterday I had to return some things I hadn't used in my project & even though I was missing a receipt, the customer service rep Julie was extremely helpful, looking up my past purchases on the computer. All said, Julie made the whole experience a pleasant one & showed what GREAT customer service means. Thanks Julie. George
