The workers there are very rude! My first time here and the man behind the counter was extremely rude told me my stuff was garbage. There is a way to tell ur customers no instead of being rude. I guess because I'm not a man they think I'm stupid I don't recommend anyone goin there to do business bad customer service.

I used to go here a lot to buy aluminum, but the rudeness made me send my wife. Then she didn't want to go anymore, so I sent my son. Now he refuses to go there. You should drop those workers off at whatever back country road you found them on. I now go to Moses Lake steel (great people), or just buy from McMaster.

I've always had great customer service here. They are always helpful in helping me to unload my truck no matter if it's a light load or a very heavy load, someone is always there to lend a hand! The guys in the office always have a smile for anyone who comes through their door!

Called before going they told me they were paying between 3.60 & 3.80 (clean cooper) took it like 30 minutes after I called and they payed me 2.75 for each pound like why lie then , you can’t pay up or what?? Basically he gained 50 bucks just from me I wonder who else he does that too , to make up he’s days.

Very rude dishonest individuals own and operate this establishment. After years of dedicated patronage I no longer wish to bring my business here. After scaling in, unloading my precious metals and waiting my turn to go inside they refused to pay me formy scrap even after denying their requests to adorn a mask as I cannot. They tried to kick me out and steal my scrap! I Insisted they pay me and I would leave and never go back! Nice way to treat a long time customer, and former family camping neighbor!

They gave me $5 for my catalytic converter and 60 pounds of iron, they used to be honest people I'm not sure what happened but I am never going there again. Huge scam

It was amazing adventure! I recycled things that I would have had to pay to dump. They gave me almost $250 instead of me paying the garbage company probably more than that. My second trip to twin City metals I didn't have that much but I threw it in the truck and took it down there anyway and I got 30 bucks 😎

As a blacksmith, this place is like a supermarket to me. The employees are helpful whenever I have a question and the prices are incredibly fair. They keep their scrapyard clean and sorted, so if I need something I know where to go. I'll definately keep coming here whenever I need steel at a cheap price.

Update: July 2020 Used metals can not be purchased from the yard anymore. Too bad. This use to be a great place to buy used metal pieces for projects. Huge selection of metals to purchase both new and used. Great staff. Paid decent price for my brass scrap. Search the yard for scrap metals cheap.

It’s much more affordable to buy steel and aluminum here than big box stores, even for small projects.

Its REALLY hard for you to get prices from them. They would rather have you already be there and it makes it really hard to know what prices are for the day. On top of that they usually get angry when you have to require that you need prices per pound (for example how much is type 2 copper a pound right now there) before you bring things over

When I called this place asking about price of copper and if they take cpu boards seems very upset about the questions and if they take cpu boards his answer is we will see. Yup definitely not sending anyone over there ever.

First time there. Once you receive directions, took all of 5 minutes in and out. Took a dismantled elliptical metal parts and they bought it for $4. I felt better taking it there instead of landfill.

Easy access. Drive onto the scale, pull into the scrap yard and the yard guy will tell you where to unload your scrap metal and get .20$/pound for scrap metal. Drive back onto the scale then go inside to get paid.. Masks required and only one customer at a time inside the office

Was waiting in the social distancing line like everyone else. After about a half an hour I was first in line a guy showed up to weigh out and went right in jumping the line. I said "must be hard standing in line" he said they told me to come in. The guy behind the counter said we decide who comes in so settle down. I told him yes you do wished them a good day and left. I will buy my steel from Pacific. So go ahead, decide not to have me as a customer.

Excellent! They took water heaters AND scrap metal, which is harder to find than you might think. On top of that, they paid me $12 and all three employees I talked to were super friendly! Friendly people working at a scrap yard? Who knew?

Very rude individuals that work the front desk and run the scale. Everytime I go in there they seem to have a bad attitude and you can never ask a question without them getting mad. The employees are no better they seem to have an attitude as well I would assume it’s due to the fact that they work in a horrible environment as they always seem miserable

Great place to recycle metals, went in for the first time and was helped by a very polite young man at the scale who took the time to help me sort out my things so that I could get the best price possible I'll definitely be back
