Shane and the guys took care of us even thou they were in the process of moving to a new location. We had brake problems when driving down the mountain to ski Keystone. They had our brakes replaced before we drove home that week with a driving tip for driving the mountains. They also went out of their way to give us a ride to and from shopping while our van was fixed. Excellent service!

I had a great experience with Red Mountain Autos. I posted on a community Facebook group about needing to replace a wheel, and how the big box store where I’d bought my tires was jerking me around & wanting to charge me $500. We broke down on our way to a camping trip. These guys fixed our truck and got us on the road again. They were great. We really appreciated them fitting us in even though they were already booked. Also it was reasonably priced. They didn't take advantage of us because we were stranded. Thank you Shane!!!

They don't even deserve one star. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, UNLESS YOU CAN BE WITHOUT IT FOR A FEW WEEKS. Get in, get out, get on your way...change your slogan to get in, wait a few weeks while we ghost you and give you a bunch of attitude, then you can get on your way. Appointments don't mean anything to them, they'll want to hold your car forever and not communicate at all.

So many good things to say about this place. My car started leaking oil after an oil change gone wrong in the city. 5 people, 1 dog, camp gear for 3 days and on my birthday and these guys saved the day. Got my car in and fixed with only a 3 hour turn around. They were more than fair priced, customer service top notch, abiding by covid requirements and most of all turned what could have been into a disaster into a wonderful detour! Thank you guys!!

Rocky Mountain auto, Shane specifically, saved the day! While driving through town in my motorhome, my first trip with just my girls and not my husband, we started experiencing some power issues. After stoping at several auto places for suggestions, I took a chance and stopped here. All of the technicians were busy, but Shane took the time to come out at look at the problem and knew what it was, he fixed it on the spot and wouldn’t accept payment! My experience at red Mountain auto with Shane has been extremely well. The used vehicles they carry are in very good condition and not unreasonable in price. Shane did everything he could to make sure our visit was successful And pleasant. The banking institution That lended to us is working well with us.
