They frequently miss pick-ups in Dillon and then charge our condominium complex overage fees, which we wouldn't have if they picked up the trash on the days we paid for. They do not honor their contract until one tries to cancel, then they point to the clause that states a cancelation requires 3 months notice. If you try to cancel out right, one is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 6 months of payments.If you try to call WM, for anything, expect to be on hold, then be transferred, then be put on hold again, then be transferred again... It takes about an hour to speak to someone who is actually able to help- but all too often, chooses not to.This company is the literal worst in this area.Skip the hassle and go with Summit Roll Offs the first time. They have better prices, better customer service, and they have NEVER missed a pick up.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Waste Management has proven to be a reliable and trusted partner. They communicate well in the event of a delay or change of pick-up day. The drivers are courteous and leave the site in good condition. We switched to them after our former trash provider became unreliable with many complaints. We haven't been disappointed. WM is rarely on time, iften skips my pick up, and randomly adds fees for overages, especially after they miss a pick up for 2 days and my dumpsters are over flowing. Services: Trash removal & disposal, Dumpster rental
