They frequently miss pick-ups in Dillon and then charge our condominium complex overage fees, which we wouldn't have if they picked up the trash on the days we paid for. They do not honor their contract until one tries to cancel, then they point to the clause that states a cancelation requires 3 months notice. If you try to cancel out right, one is subject to a cancellation fee equal to 6 months of payments.If you try to call WM, for anything, expect to be on hold, then be transferred, then be put on hold again, then be transferred again... It takes about an hour to speak to someone who is actually able to help- but all too often, chooses not to.This company is the literal worst in this area.Skip the hassle and go with Summit Roll Offs the first time. They have better prices, better customer service, and they have NEVER missed a pick up.Service: Trash removal & disposal

Waste Management has proven to be a reliable and trusted partner. They communicate well in the event of a delay or change of pick-up day. The drivers are courteous and leave the site in good condition. We switched to them after our former trash provider became unreliable with many complaints. We haven't been disappointed. WM is rarely on time, iften skips my pick up, and randomly adds fees for overages, especially after they miss a pick up for 2 days and my dumpsters are over flowing. Services: Trash removal & disposal, Dumpster rental

New to Silverthorne and just signed up for Residential service through WM, they were prompt, professional and dropped my new cart off the next day! They called the next week to follow up and make sure service was going well. Just met our driver and he seems super nice too. I didn't sign up for recycling since there is a FREE drive through recycling drop-off location right behind the outlet mall on River Rd.

After being a customer for over 20 years this company refuses to pick up my trash on time . They have missed my pick up the last 2 weeks . Calling over and over gets me nowhere . Does this mean I can not pay my bill on time ? Do yourself a favor and use a reliable company not WM

Have weekly waste pickup in Leadville, CO. When first moved in they were very helpful as had a couple cans and they were very patient when rushing to get to curb as didn't know service time yet. They welcomed me to the city as well.

There is no fee! I found out by going there and hoping. Had tried 3 times to find out if there is a fee to drop off recycling at Waste Management's Silverthorne, CO location. Just keep being transferred to a call center in Texas which has no idea and gave me an 800 number to call where I had to input the state I am interested in. The person answered quickly but had no idea nor any other phone numbers. So, I still have no idea about how drop-off recycling works in Silverthorne after 15 minutes of research.

Spoke with several people regarding service or lack therof. Nobody seemed to know what was going on with my account or how to help. No response to online inquiries or email.
