We've had Timberline Disposal pick up our trash and recycling for over a decade now and over the years, the service has been mediocre, however, over the past year, we have been very happy with their quality of service. The gentlemen who pick up the trash and recycling have been so polite and helpful. There have been days where a majority of our neighborhood doesn't have the trash out on time, and the drivers take a quick loop around the neighborhood, signaling that they are here for pickup and then make a second loop to start picking up the trash. Freddy has been our regular driver for a while now and he's such an awesome guy. He smiles and waves and always goes above and beyond. Have tried to contact Timberline several times to ask about missed pick ups but they don't return calls or emails. Talking Trash was our last provider and their costomer service was first rate.

We have been using Timberline at our business for many years. They went through a few "changes" a while ago and had some issues. Even during that time they were responsive when we had any problems. These days... NO ISSUES! Their staff is pleasant, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Heck, Omar their driver beeps at me when he sees me driving around town. Whenever he is emptying our dumpster, we walk out to say hey! There are not many companies that have that kind of customer service these days. We do at Silverthorne Power Sports, so we notice when other businesses have it and we do our best to tell others about them. If you are opening a business or are thinking about making a switch to Timberline, do it! And feel free to call me if this little BLURB doesn't convince you to make the move... Terrible company, inconsistent pickups, completely disorganized when you call for help, and they’ll charge you $25 to pick up the can when you cancel. There are other options for both residential and commercial in Georgetown.

We just recently purchased a home in Silverthorne, & I have been quite overwhelmed trying to get everything in place as far as utilities, trash, etc. I called Timberline to set up our account, & from the moment my call was answered, the lady on the other end of the phone made me feel so comfortable & was extremely friendly. That lady’s name was Mary, & she was exceptional. I think I made a friend for life! Mary was so knowledgeable & explained all of my options in great detail. She even answered questions regarding other services that I was curious about. She has followed up with me several times to make sure that we were happy. The first day that the driver came to collect our trash, we had more than a container full, as we had just moved in. We were unsure if he would pick up all the trash or only what was in their container. The driver, Benny, was incredible and so very nice. He explained to us what to do if we had that much trash in the future. He picked it all up for us, and even sweeter is that he swung back by later in the day to check on us. Wow! I can’t say enough about this incredible company, as well as about Mary & Benny. Thank you so so much for your friendliness & all of your help. Y’all have been our very favorites as far as companies we have had to contact to get set up. Y’all are the bomb.com!

Timberline is amazing! Whenever I need to call the office (rare but we forget to put the can out sometimes so we call to request an extra pickup) someone friendly answers right away without any robot prompts or waiting on hold. The drivers all deserve recognition! Jesus especially!! He majorly helped us out last week when forgot to fully roll our can to the curb -- since it was visible just a few feet back under our porch, he emptied it anyway. We switched from Waste Management and are definitely never going back.

After servicing our home for over a decade Timberline decided to stop servicing our account today (while the dumpster is on the road) because of SNOW. Imagine that there's actually snow in Breckenridge CO. All I can suggest to anyone considering there service is to RUN AWAY! They are a terrible company to work with!A few hours later. I got a call from Timberline. They're still cancelling our service but the scheduled a local carrier to pick up our bin full of trash and gave us contact information for that company because they still service our area. At least they helped us by solving our immediate need. Still not the right way to treat a long term customer.
