not trust worthy people. they had advertised a product for sale. when i went to collect they tripled the price to what was agreed

Was looking for cross rails which were no where to be found...until I called them. They got the part and installed for me at a very fair price. Be prepared to wait a while mind you but would go back again.

I have never had such a poor experience with a business in my life! I called for a part, was told it is in stock, I get there and am told it is still in the vehicle and they would have it out by the following day. Few days passed and nothing so I drove down again to speak with the owner. Kamel assured me it would be ready in the next day or two and he would lower the price. Going on 2 weeks and every time I’ve called they keep saying it will be ready tomorrow.. still nothing.

Called to see if they had a side post battery in stock for my truck. Was there 10 minutes later and found out they did NOT have any to sell. I was ignored as soon as someone else walked into the building.

You will never meet a nicer and friendlier bunch of guys. The owner Kamel, is always friendly, accomodating and helpful. sometimes, they bite off more than they can chew and you are waiting for quite a while.I've been coming here for many years, and the prices for parts from the yard are very, very reasonable if not cheap For basic work involving tires, brakes, cooling, fuel system and minor body work, the work is good and economical. Don't let the mess and disorganized office fool you! These guys rock.

My one stop shop for engines and auto parts for export

Had to post this review after seeing others. Thought it was an honest mistake.Called about a door, they said they will check and call back. They did call and tell me they have the door (they also specified the color)I offered to put my credit card down and asked if they can have the door removed as I had a 2 hour drive to get there, but did not have much time to spend there. They said not to worry, they will have it pulled off.I get there and the owner calls for "John", John comes out and says "sorry, we dont have black, it was silver" then the owner said "You came from far away right? I will give you a really good price on the silver one"I was relieved I only fit this stop as a detour. I said no thanks as I wanted a matching used door so it doesnt stand out as that one part that is freshly painted. I thought for a second that this may be a tactic of theirs, promise availability so they can get people in the door. Then I just shrugged it off as an honest mistake.Seeing these reviews though, I am compelled to think my initial instinct was right. In their eyes, I went 2 hours out of way, they did not know this was an added detour stop for me.Must be one heck of a miserable guy to chase money this badly.
