Will not answer the phone. Mailbox is full so you can’t leave a message. Sent a message through the company website, still no contact. We’ve been trying to contact the owner for weeks. 3 weeks ago they didn’t take all the trash, 2 weeks ago same thing. Last week they didn’t even bother to show up. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems. He can come get his can. I’m hiring another service.

Terrible trash pickup service!!! Out of 8 scheduled pick-ups in a month that we pay for in advance, we might have them come 4-5 times in that month but my bill adds up because I only pay for the days my trash is actually picked up. Hey Smelly the light company and water company only CHARGES for what I actually use. Your FIRED!

I have had smelly kelly's for about three months now. I never had a problem with them til this month. They told me they pick up 6_8 household bags of trash per pick up. They started leaving 4 bags behind and after the second time I complained. They asked me if I wanted to finish this month out or get refund. They blocked me and stopped picking up my trash and now I'm trying to fight for refund.

We have used Smelly Kelly's for several years. They have always been willing to pick up extra bags and have hauled several large loads to the dump for us. Kelly has often responded to my calls in a timely manner. They do a good job!

Paid for 1 months pick up and called to get the customer ID number to start paying online. Took forever to get a response then he tried charging me for 3 months service at $84 which I only had service for a month pre paid. Don’t trust someone like this so we went with C and H
