The staff was very helpful, and the prices were definitely fair. I needed a shock component for my car, and they ended up getting me the entire assembly in great condition. It even had a 30-day warranty!

This is an absolutely terrible place, we were treated extremely rudely. Bruce got very upset after realizing that we only needed specific Parts instead of buying several components, and then we were refused service and told that they're just going to keep the items they had and they didn't need our business. That's pretty horrible way to talk to a retired Baptist minister and his son

Go here if you need parts for cars try to avoid new parts from them they almost never get the part right when odering new.. the service here can be a bit.... How to put it nicely.... Uppity? If you go in and the wrong people are here they are condisinding jerks but if the right people are there they are really helpful that is why for me they get 3 stars I've only had to return one thing from here and it was a wrong part ordered new every other time I may get a snotty additude but they still get what you need. Over all prices are a bit high but for the location its okay.
