The agent giving the info was awesome but the payment rookie was so worried about you stopping a stop sign 30 ft from the gate he wasn’t even doing his job. He wouldn’t give me a recipe-t of his name either. Bad attitude and needs an adjustment after paying 25.00 to dispose a water cooler which I highly doubt gets dealt with properly after drop anyway. Great people to deal with. Been going here for years. All complaints I've read are common to a waste management facility. Most people don't know about the employee restrictions and responsibilities. I'd highly recommend this place.

Incredibly disappointed. Went to dump my trailer only to find the battery did not have enough juice. An employee was tasked with observing the dump, I assume to ensure only approved materials were being dumped. As I had jumper cables I asked if he could provide a boost, after checking with his supervisor he informed me no. He then proceeded to sit in his truck and watch for the next 45 minutes as I manually unloaded 3700 lbs worth of material. I was shocked at the level of disinterest In basic human decency. I guess if the policy is not to help any one in need, but to just sit and watch? So weird.I really hope if one of my family members(my mom, my dad, or my daughter) is stuck stranded by the side of the road, it is not a city of Red Deer employee that is the first to come across them,I struggled whether to write anything at all, but if I were to find any of my employees did that to a customer, or any human in general, I would be very upset. I would hope somewhere In management these things get reviewed and looked at.Service: Construction debris removal

It's alright...Hours are shorter than they should be. Closes at 6:30 instead of 7:30 like it used to. One guy turned me away at 6:25 because he was too busy playing on his cell phone and playing security guard at the gate instead of doing his job.They make you park so far from the bins that it slows the entire process down significantly. They also have the dump down to half capacity so that adds more time waiting. Usually the people I deal with there are decent, but last time I dealt with a real peach. Had zero answers for me about anything as was pretty rude. Would be nice to see this operation be a lot more efficient.

Pretty quick to get in and out, but the hours seem pretty inconvenient for your average joe with a regular job, 6:30 is cutting it pretty close to the wire all the time, and the metal disposal area had a land mine of glass leading to the pile, had to park pretty far away to avoid driving over it. I just want to say that I have been dealing with a great waste management truck driver for residential dumpster (garbage) pick up & his name is Bobby O. He is so personable, friendly, helpful & makes a huge effort to help me with issues regarding waste disposal. He answers my questions, offers great suggestions when needed & even makes me laugh. He has worked this job for 9 years & it is so very nice to see a professional that takes pride in his company, his work & day to day service. This seems to get more rare as time goes on. Thank you Bobby O for a continuous job well done! Also the person I spoke with when I called Waste Mgmt. offices, was also absolutely wonderful & friendly & helpful. I think his name was Brad. Tues. Feb 16/21 4pm

For the most part, everyone I've encountered at the dump has been friendly. The one exception is a lady name Cheryl who is very unfriendly and doesn't seem to care much. Forgot to mention my license plate number to her as I had my trailer attached and they can't see it from their cameras. She just sits and stares and rudely blurts out, "LICENSE PLATE NUMBER". There's no hello or how's it going but instead a very rude exit compared to the gentleman who helped me when I first entered the dump. I'll give a 5 star review once her attitude gets better.

Horrible I was unload over at the scrap metal pile and counted probably 10 nails and screws on the ground in a 6×6 foot square 😠 there is no need for this there are tools and equipment to clean this up it should be done twice a day 👎I'm sure I'll be paying to get my tires fixed 👎👎😠😠

Not very friendly , they think their cops , they want your license plate number , address , phone number , DNA sample and first born to dump a couple of tires .
