Do not use this business as they actually stole my car yesterday! I asked him to come and give me a quote on what he would give me for the car as I was not going to repair it after an accident and it's listed at 9,000 to 11,000 working. I had set up two other companies to come and give me quotes after him but without my consent, or signature he towed my car away (I was not there), before the other companies could arrive to give me a quote. I spoke to him on the phone and I told him I absolutely want my car back you can't have it but texted me later in the day to inform me that he had scrapped it. After I told him he could not have my car and I was upset that he stole it, he then took it and wanted it back, he then toook upon himself to "scrap" it.Needless to say I'll be pursuing every opportunity to be reimbursed.Service: Car towing

Bad service, unreliable, unprofessional etc. Called to get my car towed and assessed for scrap. Gave an address on a Sunday, followed up on a Wednesday to find out the car hadn't even been looked at. Been a full week now and haven't heard a peep. They wont return texts or calls after I leave multiple messages. Overall would not recommend!!!! Too bad you cant give 0 stars.

The owner of the company does not seem to be above board. I suspect I got lowballed on the vehicle and if my property management company didn't want it gone immediately I would have repaired and sold it myself. He tried to convince me the repairs were a fortune. They weren't I knew which parts were needed. He initially offered me nothing but then offered me something after making him aware I'd been offered more elseswhere. Never take nothing for scrapping a vehical the money that can be made is always more than the cost of the tow. That's business and I can live with this, but myself and the two witnesseses present found him to be unprofessional and incredinbly agressive. Use any other company.

Said he'd be here at a specific time, never showed up and ignored my phone calls.I called a different business, "Junk Cars Removal" and the man was polite, apologized for my bad experience with TowPimp and had the driver here within an hr.

Worst experience ever.First of all, the man on the phone was drunk. Because he was so drunk and confused, we had to repeat ourselves numerous times just to arrange a time and place to meet up.We waited 20 minutes at the parking lot where we had arranged to meet before calling to ask where abouts they were.When spoke to the drunken man again, he had completely forgotten that we were meeting at 10 and then proceeded to ask us what the current time was. When we told him it was 20 after he replied "oh, ugh, I'll have to call you back and let you know if we will be able to make it". When he called us back he told us they were unable to come out but would give us a number for a different company. He tried to tell us the number 3 times before telling us that he would have to call us back when figured out what the number was; we never got a call back.Dont waste your time.

straight forward no frills person. he was an hour late, but hassle free and remarkably efficient. we spoke for 30 seconds, i handed him the papers, and the car was gone. a doer not a talker.

Terrible service, called them & they said they were sending someone to pick up my car. Called them back 2 hours later, they said they would send someone NOW & they will be there in 45 min. Called them an hour later & they were closed.. No one ever showed up, save your time and go with a different company.

Well my car was toast so called to get it scrapped and according to your website give cash no matter what conditions running or not and because i was in rush realized the driver gave nothing . Ithis happened today around 230

Called up towpimp, very knowledgable about my model and make of my car, did a quick assessment the guy was right to the point, showed up, made the time to what suited best for me, and was super efficient, he was so fast! Thank you!

99 dodge neon, took it in to a shop, keeps blowing fuse number 10, can they fix it, yes they can spend 5 hours on diagnostics at 95$ an hour no guarantee. So I said F**k it. Called the TowPimp, the tow truck driver shows up and said "lets see what the F**k is going on" popped his obd2 scamer in - no codes. and then says PCM is F*ED, after giving some thought and disconecting transmission torque control solenoid. It stop blowing. bizarre
