    The guy that helped us was so amazing. We were in the middle of getting an old car out of the bush that had been abandoned when we realized the car had no lugnuts for the tires we brought for it. It was like 430pm and nowhere in Vernon had any used ones in our size for a decent price, only new for like 4o bucks which we didn't want to spend since we had some at home in Kelowna. Stopped in to Vernon auto wreckers, and the guy gave us the 30 we'd picked out just in case some of them were misthreaded or something, for five bucks all in. We were blown away, thanked him profusely and were on our way in a matter of minutes. He was super friendly, super awesome and made my birthday that much better by helping us out like he did.

    Staff was rude. If you don't buy the parts they took from the their car that you agreed beforehand because it's really in bad shape or in extremely RUSTED condition, they would ban you in their future transactions.

    Excellent Customer Service,I called and asked for a trailer hitch for a 2006 Dodge Caravan. The guy went out and looked, called back in 15 minutes asking if I had stow-n-go seats (no). He said that he had a trailer hitch for me. They took it off in 45 minutes and he called me to say that I could pick it up. $75, no hassle.

    I was looking for a hard to find part for my truck and without the part I was without my vehicle. I had called nearly every auto wreckers in the interior and it seemed that the guys at Vernon Auto Wreckers were the only ones willing to help me out. Not only did they actually look to see if they had the part, they also arranged for it to be shipped to me in Kamloops! A big thank you and a first rate recommendation!
