The guy that helped us was so amazing. We were in the middle of getting an old car out of the bush that had been abandoned when we realized the car had no lugnuts for the tires we brought for it. It was like 430pm and nowhere in Vernon had any used ones in our size for a decent price, only new for like 4o bucks which we didn't want to spend since we had some at home in Kelowna. Stopped in to Vernon auto wreckers, and the guy gave us the 30 we'd picked out just in case some of them were misthreaded or something, for five bucks all in. We were blown away, thanked him profusely and were on our way in a matter of minutes. He was super friendly, super awesome and made my birthday that much better by helping us out like he did.

I ordered front brake callipers for a 2015 Audi Q5 TDI and paid for them, plus shipping, as they were coming from Toronto. When they arrived they were the wrong callipers. They were single piston while mine were 4-Piston. They looked online but were unable to find the correct callipers. So I didn't accept the callipers and they reimbursed the charge for the callipers but would not return the shipping charge. I felt they should have returned the shipping charges as well since they ordered the wrong part, due to their inventory database being in error.

Joe provides a wonderful service, and he is fast and extremely flexible. My mother used his service today and she loved him and his wife. He has very reasonable prices for great service, very friendly and super helpful. He was fast with the booking and he was in and out within 30 minutes. She needed to reschedule due to a couple reasons and he was very understanding and patient.She said she will definitely use him again if needed, and she will definitely be recommending him to friends and anyone who needs his services! I don't normally write reviews, but I felt inclined to when I heard how highly she spoke of him.
