Customer service from Brandon, whose manager is Danielle, was poor. He was not helpful and seemed to care more about ending the conversation than helping resolve my issues.I have now been billed for services and still have yet to receive my trash bins. My services are stated to have started 3/1/2022, it has now been 3 weeks with no delivery.Update: Bins delivery and credit made to account. I appreciate the correction.

WM has missed the last 2 recycle pick up days. Mind you trash was picked up so no excuses. Blaming the storm does not make any sense at this point. They exaggerate over filling, send pic of a fully closed lid with small bit of cardboards showing. My neighbors and I will be taking this up with the city if service does not improve.

Our yard waste tote went missing several months ago on our service day. We immediately reported this and we were informed that it had "not fall in the truck". Every week we are promised a new tote. We have not received a new tote yet. Every week we call and we are promised it will arrive. As far as being charged for service we are getting mixed message on how that is handled. In the mean time we are still getting charged for services not received. We asked about credit if we were to take our yard waste to the dump and we were told they don't do that! Very FRUSTRATED! Talk about potential fire hazard with the fall leaves and dried timber not being disposed of. We are sharing yard waste in our trash tote! Worst dump ever. Home service might be OK, however the dump is really bad.. Always a long line. Unfriendly woman at the check in window. She's never in a good mode. My neighbor was telling meabout her and I see other people have mentioned her in their reviews. I hate coming here.... Just look at their reviews. What happened to our dump? I called to have a green waste bin delivered and a month and 3 supposed drop offs later, it still hadn't showed up. Every single time I CALLED, I told them I think they are putting it in the wrong place and asked if they could bring it directly to my house instead of the community stop....I was told no every time. I was told it was most likely taken by a neighbor and it would be impossible for the truck to drive to my house. Over month after my original call, and at least an additional 6 calls, I finally got my bin ,delivered directly in my driveway and told they had been leaving it in the wrong spot. This could have been resolved on the first call if anyone had listened to me. It would be Impossible to include all the details of this story here, but I assure you it paints a picture of ineptitude and lack of communication that can't be effectively conveyed in a review. If not for my persistent calls to them over the last week, I still would not have my bin.Service: Yard debris removal

I use WM for my weekly garbage, recycle and landscape pickup. They do a great job and can easily pay the bill online with auto bill pay. If I need to take bulk recycle/trash they have good facilities close by. Services: Junk removal, Yard debris removal

Their Customer Service Reps are the nicest, most patient people. That's because WM hires nice people like them to answer all the complaints from their regular customers. Waste Management does a poor job. Right now I'm upset because they didn't pick up yard waste on schedule but lied and said they did and they won't come back to get my bins for 3 days and they can't pick up everybody else bins because, well, just because.Service: Yard debris removal

Partial trash, recycle and yard waste pick up. We have had to flag down drivers to re-dump our trash and recycle as the cans were not fully emptied. On Monday they didn’t empty our yard waste container. When I called to let office know I needed someone to come back out and empty can….the customer service rep stated DOJ well we don’t do secondary pick up and your can must have been compacted. Ummm, NO! It’s loose dry grass clippings! The drivers are lazy! If they are looking in their cameras like they are supposed to, he would have seen that the can wasn’t empty. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! If you are going to do a partial job….expect partial payment. Remember, we pay for a service. You work for us!!

I just moved into my new house and scheduled delivery of trash, recycling and green for yesterday 8/2/21. They did not show up so I called and rep told me they are behind schedule for delivery of cans and I have to now wait another week for the bins you be delivered and another two weeks for it to be removed. She also informed me they will not pick up bags of garbage left at the curb. 😑Drowning in garbage over here!Giving 3 star because the drivers and reps are very nice and do what they can, but policies and delays at the operational level are not so good right now.Update on 8/20/21: still no cans.
