We limped into town with a broken trailer spring, happened across Western Alignment, we were so lucky. The owner came out and took a look, fit us in immediately to repair. Team works on lots of trailers and even had our specific leaf spring on hand that needed replacing. They also took extra steps to ensure we were safely back on the road same day. Very professional, knowledgeable, checked everything and informed us of other issues that will need attention soon. Reasonable price and excellent service from a knowledgeable team. Had a bit of an emergency and called early in the morning without an appointment. They were willing to fit me in immediately to perform a wheel alignment so I could go on a long drive. They found a screw in one of my tires and got everything fixed in record time and for an extremely affordable price. Good service professional staff fair price

I wish I received service this good at home. The axle on our little utility trailer died on the way home from camping last month, and were towed to Western from just outside of Rocky. Bob and Gord stayed open to take a look at the problem and maybe fix it then, even though this was after hours. Turned out we had to leave the trailer there to be fixed and return for it the next week. Bob met us on Saturday, even though the shop was closed, to give us back a working trailer. It works better than ever, price was reasonable, and the service was outstanding. Thanks guys.

Always there to assist when needed. Bob, Gord an their staff can solve problems that others can't. Labour rate is high but no worse than others. I've been there for over 20 years.
