Visiting Plymouth Rock was such a cool experience! Yes, the rock itself is simple and smaller than many people expect, but standing there and seeing “1620” carved into it really makes the history come alive. It’s incredible to think about the significance of this spot and the journey the Pilgrims made. The waterfront area is beautiful—picturesque views with boats anchored in the harbor and a peaceful walking path along the shore. It’s a great place to take photos, enjoy the scenery, and reflect on just how far our country has come. If you’re in Plymouth, it’s absolutely worth the stop. A quick visit, but a meaningful one! ??✨

Its a rock that may or may not have had some importance in the pilgrims landing in plymouth that though human intervention is now 1/3 its size with a date carved on it. Is it a wonderful little stop when exploring the coast area or if you are just stopping by to see the Mayflower 2. But all in all its a good quick stop that I always stop by when im either at the beach or bringing my kids to the Mayflower/ plimoth pautext for Thanksgiving. Will go again.

Everyone always says its smaller than they thought so maybe my expectations were low. It exceeded my expectations, but I also just really love rocks so no disappointment here. It’s a beautiful location with a great view of the Mayflower. Go enjoy a nice day of history and just be present and throw away the expectations. Then find a local place for yummy food. If it wasn't fulfilling just hop in the car and spend a day in Cape Cod you were almost there anyway.
