About two months ago, had my car towed from an apartment complex after accidentally parking in the wrong spot. RAD Towing had a great team at the West Richland location Tow yard. friendly, learned interesting things about towing and quick at getting my car back to me. Today, had to get my car towed due to a starter issue. J.J was a great tow driver; impressive job getting the car out of the apartment parking spot going uphill and just generally a cool dude. Would absolutely call on Rad Towing for help again.

Vehicle was towed for parking in a handicap spot for one hr before it was towed this business charged over $500 for it being impounded for 12 hrs and 2 miles. Another company extorting money. Just because you can does not mean you should. Horrible business practices and gouging pricing. Tariffs I bet ya it’s the tariffs.

Called for a tow and they were very prompt, got my vehicle loaded up and delivered quickly. Easy , quick, and great service. Hope I do t need a tow again anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely use RAD again!
