Called on 1pm that day to now have them tow it back till midnight when they originally said 7pm then they left it like this! Absolutely ridiculous blocking a garage and barn and leaving it looking like that is unacceptable

Called for a short towing from Marshall to Battle Creek around 2pm. The first dispatcher told me the cost and estimated arrive for the next tow driver to come by be around 1 to 1.5 hours. I told them I’m fine with the cost and waiting for it, even told them I’ll be paying with cash after they took down my car info. After 1.5 hours I called again, a different dispatcher answered. Told me there was no one assign to tow my car, and tells me I didn’t confirm it? The first dispatcher already took down my car details and estimated time of arrival. How else was I suppose to confirm I needed a tow truck? The second dispatcher blamed me for not confirming it, and told me soon. By the time I got called from the tow truck driver (who was really nice and understanding) I had to cancel my tow as by the time I arrive at the tire shop they’re closed. The first dispatcher also told me to wait for the tow drivers call when they’re are near. So I was sure I confirmed that I needed a towed truck, the second dispatcher didn’t really tried to fix their error just told me to wait for another and blamed me not confirming. Edit 2: Why would you guys tell me to wait for the tow driver's call when I first called then? if that's not confirmation I wouldn't have waited 1.5 hours to call you again. If you guys just have been honest and told me on the second call it would take another 2 hours I could've tried another place instead of giving me a vague answer "soon" or "they're on there way" because by the time you guys did tow my car to the tire shop they are closed and I'll be stranded there. (yeah it took 1.5 hours for the driver to call me just to tell me another 20 mins at least to arrive)

Really thankful for M&Ms towing service. The dispatcher was busy but made time for me and make sure I was able to get the best price for my circumstance. The driver also had great customer service and a fast loading time. I feel secure knowing my classic will make it from point A to point B and handled with care. Thank y’all so much!
