I just called about a camshaft positioning sensor for a 96 neon. He told me to go to auto zone and buy one cause he wasn't pulling it cause it's in a bad spot. It's literally on the top of the motor held on with four bolts. Even got rude with me and argued with me about it. Do not call this rude man. I will take my money else where.

Called at 1230, asked about a part, the guy immediately tried to run the price up, called back at 230 he said they'll get around to it, so I fixed it myself, I got done at 500, so then he finally called at 530 and I told him that I didn't need it anymore so he started to cuss at me. I highly recommend never buying anything from this place.

Excellent customer service! Called on Christmas Eve needing a part for my son's truck because he was leaving on a 9 hour trip and Gene answered even though they were closed. He didn't have what I needed in hand but tracked it down, called me back, and had it waiting on me when I got there. Really helped me out of a tight spot.
