As I live 1100 miles away and was unable to make the trip to pull the part myself, they pulled the part and shipped it to me. The price, including shipping was much lower than I expected. My telephonic interaction with the staff was very pleasant. The part arrived 4 days after the order was placed and was well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. Thank you again for helping me complete this rebuild project.

The customer service is excellent!! Chad & Guy did an exceptional job!! I called from out of state, they actually made sure they had the part, and that it was the correct (passenger) side, and called me back (which most salvage yards never do these days).
