I blew a tire on 66W in Falls Church. I called Blair’s and immediately got an email with a map to confirm my location and showing the location of my tow truck driver. Just like I called an Uber, I could track his progress to me. Really handy! Chris, the tow truck driver, got there in no time. The first thing he did was make sure I was safe and got me into his truck. Then he loaded up my car, drove me all the way to the dealership, and then gave me a ride home. Without any doubt, I recommend calling Blair‘s anytime you need them. Their service is great, they care, just an all-around great company.

If I could give Blair’s Towing six stars, I would. On Saturday, November 16, I found myself in the exact situation every BMW driver secretly fears: stranded on the side of I-495 with a flat tire, watching traffic fly by while I practiced my deep-breathing techniques. This is a position nobody ever expects to be in, but Blair’s Towing turned a roadside disaster into something that actually felt… manageable. Maybe even a little bit hopeful. First, the dispatcher deserves a medal. Calm, reassuring, and somehow able to make me laugh while I sat there wondering why my car hates me—exactly the voice you want in that moment. And then came Chris. Chris, my driver, was nothing less than gracious, helpful, and completely understanding of my situation. As a woman alone on the side of the highway, safety and comfort matter, and he never left a doubt in my mind that I was in good hands. He kept in constant communication, arrived exactly when he said he would, and instantly put me at ease. Professional, kind, and genuinely caring—an absolute standout. Blair’s Towing, and Chris specifically, went above and beyond to ensure not only the safety of my vehicle but my personal safety as well. You do not forget that kind of service. Five shining stars for turning a stressful highway breakdown into an experience filled with competence, kindness, and a little humor when I needed it most. Highly recommend.
